People often ask, “where did your motto, 'PROMISES KEPT EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED' come from?" Truth be told, it was derived from a simple comment made to Bob Brown when he started his business. A good friend and business owner told him that if he just did what he said he would do for his HOA clients, that his business would flourish. Shortly after, Bob took that simple golden principal and made it the cornerstone of the business. A business that has indeed flourished over the past 15 years.
Partners Community Management, a division of Brown Community Management, provides full-service HOA management services to nearly 200 communities. Our customer portfolio is as diverse as the cities in which we manage and includes single family homes, condominiums, high-rises, active adult communities and commercial properties.
We believe each of our communities is unique which is why our managers are trained to understand the individual needs of every association they manage. We accomplish this through regular tours of our communities, team meetings with Board members, and talking personally with residents.
